President of the International Union of public associations “Azerbaijani World Union” – Mamedov Fizuli Mamed oglu
Mamedov Fizuli Mamed oglu was born on February 9, 1963 in Ordubad district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan USR. He has been raised in a large family. Passed military service in the armed forces of the USSR.
In 1983, Fizuli Mamed was sent to Moscow, where he had been working in various positions in the Ministry of Finance of the USSR till 1990.
In 1990 he founded and headed the company “INTER-SEVER”. By now, it is an international group of companies which has subsidiaries in Eastern and Western Europe. In 1993 he founded the international charity fund, providing assistance to orphanages, boarding schools, families with many children. The Foundation has hundreds of thanks from the state and public organizations.
From 1994 to 1997 he was General Director of a trade mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Russia “Azkontrakt”. In 1997 he founded and headed the centrist party of people’s patriotic union “Azerbaijan 21 century”, which he had led by the year 2003. In the same year Mamedov became the founder of the newspaper “Azerbaijan 21 century”, published in Moscow and Baku. “Eurasia News” – the All-Russian newspaper was also created by him.
In 1988, Fizuli Mamed was behind the creation of the first Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia. In 2005 he created the International Union of Public Associations “Azerbaijani World Union” and the World Azerbaijani Cultural Foundation. He graduated from the Moscow Pedagogical University and Moscow State Open University. He is the father of two children.

Natig Salmanov was born on April 8, 1987.
In 2005 N. Salmanov finished the city’s high school, after thar he entered the Institute at the Faculty of Law on the specialty “Jurisprudence” at full-time department.
In 2010 he successfully defended his diploma thesis on “Civil – legal agreements” and graduated from the Moscow Institute. At the same time he was enrolled in a graduate school at the Faculty of Law, specialty “jurisprudence”.
In 2013, having passed the candidate minimums successfully he completed post-graduate studies. He is currently working on his dissertation.
Since 2010, he began his professional career in the position of Legal Counsel at the First Medical University of Russian Ministry of Health named after I.M. Sechenov, and had been working there till 2014.
From 2014 he continued his professional career in the group of companies “INTER-SEVER” in the position of President’s assistant for Legal Affairs.
In 2015, he was promoted and now works as the First Vice-President of General Affairs in the group of companies “INTER-SEVER”.
From 2014 to the present time he is the Executive Director (volunteer) and a member of the General Council of the International Union of public associations “Azerbaijani World Union”.
